Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a seamless, elevated experience for all guests, please review the following:
• 36-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 36 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations (Within 36 Hours)
Cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 75% of the scheduled service.
• Rebooking Credit
Clients charged a cancellation fee will receive 50% of the fee as a credit toward a new appointment if rebooked within 3 days of availability.
• Coastal Club Members
Active members receive one waived late cancellation fee every 6 months. (Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible.)
• Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the 36-hour window.
• Grace Period
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
